Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a

refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves

to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 Pricing

While nextbeast.in strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. thestruttstore.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, nextbeast.in shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, nextbeast.in may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and nextbeast.in will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. NextBeast may process payment against your order prior to the dispatch of the order, and payment account may be debited prior to nextbeast.in dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your payment account.

In case of Mispricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue may occasionally be mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item, or shall provide a refund of the difference amount. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we may at our sole discretion, cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

Financial Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit / debit card details or other payment or financial details provided by you for availing of services on nextbeast.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit /debit card or financial facility which is not lawfully owned / obtained by you. You also understand that any financial information submitted by you is directly received by our payment gateway/ acquiring bank and not stored by nextbeast.in. To the extent permitted by applicable law, nextbeast.in will not be liable for any credit / debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

If you are shipping an item over 1000 rupees, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or

purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
