1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer Return & Exchange only for eligible products.

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, torn, cut, or has a manufacturing issue.

• You received a wrong item, wrong size, or incorrect product.

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

2. No Cash Refund Policy

The wallet balance can be used for future purchases on https://nextbeast.in.

3. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

A refund in the form of wallet credit will only be issued when the product has a genuine issue such as:

• Cut or torn fabric

• Damaged product

• Manufacturing defect

• Product received in unusable condition

To process such claims, customers may be asked to provide:

• Clear photos of the product

• Unboxing images/videos (if available)

• Order ID and delivery details

4. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

• We will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.

• After quality inspection, a replacement product will be shipped.

• If the requested size/product is unavailable, equivalent wallet credit will be provided.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

• Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional events marked as Non-Returnable.

• Requests made after 7 days from delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Reason for return/exchange
